Returns: Standard design and no initials can be returned within 15 days of purchase for any reason for a full refund minus shipping. If it is a custom order and we have made a mistake, then we will fix the mistake and send you grips that meet your satisfaction. If you have made the mistake, we will make you a new set of grips for the old grips plus 50% of the cost of the new grips. You must however communicate with us with the grips that you have returned, what the problem is, and exactly what you want different in your new grips. Once again, this is ONLY for the first 15 days after they have been shipped.
